• Lily Bells “IS” Fine Dining Is Milwaukee’s Newest Pop-Up Restaurant.  Lily Bells was established October of 2019 by Owner Shawn Jackson, who has catered and served in the City of Milwaukee under Shea’s Catering. I've always dreamed of owning my own restaurant and catering to those in need.  I studied hard and received my the Serv Safe Certificate in 2018.  In September of 2019 I became  A WWBIC graduate with the intentions of purchasing a RED building having a dining area on the 2nd floor and theatre on 3rd floor and much more  but soon after COVID 19 hit and stopped all. But I meet a family at Restaurant Depot, Smiling talking helping as I attended WWBIC , Not knowing they would be the family that would help me get a short taste of the Restaurant Business.
• On Sunday October 4, 2020 Lily Bell’s will introduce our dishes, serving each Sunday in October and November 2020 from 1:00pm until 8:00pm at Jewels Caribbean Restaurant & Lounge.  Which  regretfully Ended  3 weeks later
• Mrs. Shea shows her love to all with her cooking and her serving others. Each bite you take is from the love in her marinating techniques with spices, herbs and vegetables.
• Shea is known for her exotic Caribbean Dishes. When traveling to the Bahamas and Jamaica, friends  would swim out to Sea and  catch Conch, Octopus and Shrimp and would gather in the kitchen to make the most beautiful addictive  aroma dishes  served with a side of  homemade dumpling,  giggles “I “ was taught by Jamaica’s Finest .  Chef Ayesha, Chef Fisher and other natives  how to cook many of the dishes on our menu.   
• She is known for her Italian & Soul food dishes and that Banana pudding delight that has an unique secret in each layer, topped with caramel, chocolate and Lily’s Candy pecans.  Oh boy and her delicious caramel cake.  And You are most definitely in for a treat once you meet "TENESSEE HONEY".
• The name Lily Bell’s was re-birth from two of my favorite strong women along with their long lived recipes “Mother  & Mommy”  Oh my how “I” missed them. 
• “IS” came from a special Italian friend who loved to cook.  We always said we would open a restaurant one day and the name would be “IS” which is short for Italian Soul. 
• 15 years later, Mother & Mommy are gone to be with our Lord but they will forever live thru Lily Bell’s “IS” Fine Dining.
• Customer service and hospitality is the key to a successful establishment and Lily Bells aim to keep a long lasting relationship with our community not only with the love in our Authentic dishes but also with our extraordinary customer service and hospitality that will have all telling the world about their dining experience at Lily Bell’s. 
• As we grow to Launch additional days and our own location, Lily Bell’s will serve a variety of 5 authentic categories of dishes to our multi-cultural & diverse community. Lily Bell’s aims to provide not only a long lasting taste of love in our dishes, but also provide extraordinary customer service and hospitality to all of you.

AUGUST OF 2025 LILY BELLS WENT THROUGH SIGNIFICANT FAMILY TRAUMA TO HELP LILY BELLS BE A SUPPORT AN ADVOCATE TO NON OFFENDING PARENTS  AND REBUILD VISIT  TO HEAR AND SHARE MY STORY.  I WILL NEVER BE SILENT MUTE AGAIN.
